Not an agency. We are a studio.
We are a studio – not due to the fact that it sounds nicer or younger. We are a ecosystem of imagination, where curiosity is our compass and learning fuels our creativity. Studio Y-si is crafted from within, prioritizing the growth of our team first, because we believe that empowered minds create remarkable outcomes. We cultivate an environment to foster creativity, and curiosity is celebrated, ensuring that moments we create become memories. And lastly driven by a deep commitment to lifelong learning, we’ve reimagined our design process, evolving from a focus solely on human needs to a more expansive life-centered design approach.
What’s life- centered design?
Life-centered design places all life forms equally or similarly at the center of all our decisions. In this way, we try to recalibrate the imbalance between planet and people, fostering a harmonious coexistence. We no longer develop solutions in the nucleus of purely human needs, but symbiotically and systemically branch out the needs of all people, communities and planetary ecosystems in order to regenerate a harmonious target image from this balance.
But before we got to where we are now. We have listened. This time not to other people, but to ourselves. We listened and reflected on the questions that really bother us in order to find a better answer.
Attitude we live by
Creating rooms of togetherness to flourish launchpads for planet and people relationships.
We are piloting consciousness for environmental, sustainable, wellbeing and social impact through holistic experiences and ventures that change the world to better.
Differentiating people
From the inception of Studio Y-si, our journey has been guided by a deep commitment to making concious choices – choices that resonate with our core values. The true embodiment of these values lies presumably in the remarkable individuals we want to surround ourselves with and the individuals who want to surround themselves with us.
I play to learn. “
All of this means that we have to clearly distinguish ourselves from people and companies and surely not work for companies that work directly or indirectly in fossil fuel or pharmaceutical industries. Companies that enrich themselves through education, socially relevant issues or minorities. And in general: companies that harm people, nature and society.
